Heartbroken and mischievous at the same time, Clio has something of a Barbara rewritten by Marguerite Duras or a Lio reviewed by Nick Cave. The city is asleep, the guy doesn't get it, fall lasts all year round and she takes notes in a calm, biting tone. Between tender spleen and bitter tenderness, between abandoned drunkenness and loving abandonment, Clio navigates with a gentleness that is both sad and valiant.
