Biography

Julia Jean-Baptiste, the "girl with three first names" as she likes to call herself, grew up to the rhythm of a rich and varied musical catalogue. Music lovers, her parents made her listen to the masters of Brazilian Bossa Nova as well as the ones of French Chanson but also to cold wave and glam rock.

Carried by catchy rhythms, Julia confronts herself in turn with her contradictions, her fears, her doubts, all tackled with a touching poetry. The result is a collection of modern and magnetic songs, to which you can dance and cry at the same time.
