Biography

The sound of two cities. Ghent and Antwerp. Formed in 2012 by vocalist Mathieu Terryn and guitarist Simon Nuytten. Quickly recruiting bassist Daan Schepers, drummer Robbe Vekeman and guitarist / keyboardist Oliver Symons. Their Flemish sung, epic swells of sound immediately drew attention in, and beyond, Belgium.

Their debut album “Echo” explores a wider palette. Skittering, shuffling beats and swathes of textural electronic shade hang on powerful songs.

Critical praise and the proud distinction of being the first Flemish language debut album to enter the Belgian charts at number one confirmed their status as Belgium’s biggest homegrown musical success story in a very long time. Their ability to fill arenas and festival fields in seconds underlines their well deserved position.
